​Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse (USA) was established in 1998 to promote and support the P.R.E. horse in the USA. The Foundation established the PRE MUNDIAL in 2008 for Pure Spanish Horses, which is a proponent of the Cria Caballar guidelines and uses the protocol of inscription and revision. In addition, they have many activities, programs as well as holding shows in the USA; education programs, seminars, a lending library, stallion auctions, PRE rescue, youth scholarships and other exemplary programs.

The IALHA, International Andalusian & Lusitano Horse Assn is based in Birmingham AL. This is a Registry for purebred and half Andalusians, Lusitanos and PSP (Spanish-Portuguese). The IALHA is affiliated with the USEF. Website: ialha.org
